If you see the spider listed, it's ready for adoption!
No. All of our spiders are selectively captive bred and raised in our home. We do not sell wild-caught spiders. Our goal is to support ethical breeding and healthy, established animals.
No. All spiders are unpaired unless clearly stated otherwise in the listing. We do not sell unplanned fertile females.
You will never receive surprise egg sacs from us.
We list approximate instar or maturity stage in each listing, but we always note whether they are slings, juveniles, sub-adults, or adults.
Molting is part of growth. If your spider molts before shipping, we may delay shipment for safety. There are no refunds or exchanges due to molts or weather holds. We always prioritize the spider’s wellbeing over speed.
Yes. All jumping spiders sold by Weird is Beautiful are selectively captive bred and raised in our home. We do not sell wild caught spiders.
Captive breeding supports ethical practices, predictable temperaments, and healthier long-term outcomes for keepers.
We ship FedEx Overnight Monday through Wednesday only.
This prevents spiders from being delayed over weekends and reduces transit stress.
Shipping depends on safe temperatures in both our location and yours.
Once you place your order, we'll email you a form to choose your preferred shipping date for live animals. Be sure to check our shipping guide for all the details!
Below 35°F overnight: We do not ship
35–65°F overnight: FedEx hub pickup required
85°F and above: Hub pickup required
Over 95°F: We do not ship
We may recommend heat packs or cryopacks depending on weather conditions.
Spider safety always comes before speed.
Due to the nature of live animals, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to:
